- If your child wishes to change their book more frequently, please leave their book and reading record in the middle of their table.

Spellings
Each child is given new spellings on a Monday. These are taken from word lists in ‘Letters and Sounds’ and ‘Support for Spelling’. On Friday each child is assessed on the spellings they have learnt.
Early morning work
On a morning, early morning work is set from 8.40-9.00am. Parents can bring their child to school any time between those times. The work set is to reinforce work being done in class.
During that time there is the opportunity for parents to support their child with their work. There is also the chance for parents to ask the class teacher any questions they have.
PE
Pe for class 3 is on Mondays and Thursday.
