The intake in September 2011 consisted of 31 children, 21 boys and 10 girls. As there was a single intake for the year, parents were given the option of their children starting school on either a full time or part time basis. The majority of parents chose the full time option.
We have a comprehensive transition programme, which combined with a staggered intake enables the children to settle very quickly into school life.
Our dedicated staff are committed to providing a safe and stimulating environment in which the whole child is nurtured and encouraged to reach their full potential. Each member of the staff is trained in the Early Years curriculum. Mrs Talkowski is the class teacher and is supported by Mrs Huntington and Mrs Neal.
We recognise parents as being vital partners in their child’s care and education and strive to develop a close working relationship with them.
